Guests that cancel outside of 14 days before the check-in date will be charged $25. Guests that cancel within 14 days before the check-in date will be charged the amount of the first night's stay, plus $25. Guests that cancel on or after the check-in date will forfeit the entire amount of the stay and will receive no refund.
